I have added some rows to my domain with some attributes, but as i explore my domain I find one extra attribute "Sdb-item-identifier". How can I avoid this additional attribute to be added in my domain ?

Yes, you can configure your domain by using "Configure Sort by Item Name" option at Tools menu. for more details go through following link :
