I have signed up for Amazon Simple DB account.Now can you tell me is there any setup fee to use Amazon web service account? How can I get my Service account activity detail ?

No, There is no setup fee is being charged for using this service, and at the end of month Amazon.com will charge you for the uses of web Services.
You can view your charges for the current billing period on the Amazon Web Services web site.
