I have a domain in US-East, Can I move it to EU region end point ? Or can I share this domain without moving it to other location ?

Hi,

Amazon Simple DB does not provide ACL for sharing domain like Amazon S3.
So neither you can move the domain to another region nor you can share it with another region end point.
