I have schedule SDBCommander to take the export of my domain. I just want it to be run using proxy setting. Is it take proxy parameters which I have set on SDBExploer GUI or is there any other way to set the proxy for running SDBCommandr.

SDBCommander does not supports proxy setting.
If you want to get the license of SDBCommander then you can set proxy at licesing windows.
