Initially on login to your tool and listing get started I am unable to see the charges count at lower panel, Am i doing something wrong ?

No you perform right operations. We are showing only Amazon Simple DB QUERY charges. So when you RUN query OR Explorer Domain then the Charges will be updated. For more details you can refer our documentation page.
