When I successfully authenticated, the list domain had been started but the current charges did not update. It was showing zero charges. I would like to know, Is this is a bug ?

No this is not a bug. We are showing only Amazon Simple DB QUERY charges. So when you RUN query OR Explorer Domain then the Charges will be updated. For more details you can refer our documentation page.
