SDB Explorer - Amazon SimpleDB Explorer

I am using Bucket Explorer since two years, I have access key & secret key but they are not authenticating me on SDB Explorer, please tell me what to do for authentication?

You have to subscribed on Amazon for Amazon SimpleDB services then after you can authenticate with your access key and secret key.
